The Kubota D722 engine is a vertical, liquid cooled, 4 stroke, 3 cylinder diesel engine, with a displacement of 43.9 cu in.  It has a gross power ouput of 20 hp, and a net of 18.8 hp, with a maximum speed of 3800 rpm. Its dimensions are width 15.3 in, height 20.5 in, length 16.8 in, with a dry weight of approx 139 lbs.
